Maria Martha Suarez

Our dear mother, Maria “Martha” Suarez of Richmond, Texas, passed away peacefully at the age of 87 on March 21, 2024. She was born in Bluetown, Texas on January 19, 1937 to Alfredo and Juanita Trevino.

Martha was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend to many who will miss her greatly.

Possessing a true servant’s heart, Martha faithfully cared for family and friends through delicious cooking/baking from scratch, especially during the holidays. A woman of faith Martha shaped her family’s spirituality by her tireless Christian example, and also through various Catholic prayer groups and activities.

She is preceded in death by her parents, loving husband Emilio Suarez of 61 years, sisters Gumara Trevino,and Georgina Davila, brothers Humberto Trevino and Jerry Trevino.

She leaves behind cherish memories for her loving children, Mattie Clarke and husband Randy, Sandi Perez, Emilio Suarez Jr. and wife Denise, Mario Suarez and wife Janie; her grandchildren, Matt and Daniel Zipprian, Courtney and Lindsay Clarke, Brittany Turrubiate and Brandon Perez, Adrian Nieto and Elijah Suarez, Mario Jr, Michael and Melanie Suarez; great grandchildren; Aerial, Cash, Kanan, David, Ariana, Jaclyn, Kourtney, Malcom, Michael, Liam, Carter, Levi, Abagail, Scarlett, Peter, and Noemi; She will be missed by far too many friends and relatives to list, but each was loved and remained in her heart even now in here reunion with the Lord.

A church service will be held on Tuesday April 16th at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Rosenberg, Texas directly followed by burial at Davis- Greenlawn Memorial Park.
