Spring Fest fundraiser a real crowd pleaser

St. Paul Presbyterian Church held its annual spring fest fundraiser on Sunday at the KC hall in Needville. The event included a chicken fried steak meal and all the trimmings, basket raffle, wagon raffle, auction and live music! Proceeds go toward the church’s building fund.

Spring Fest fundraiser a real crowd pleaser — A reproduction of the 2021 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo School Art competition grand champion artwork was among the many items auctioned off at the annual benefit. Jaydan Kisinger, who was a senior at the time, painted “Through the Years.” Traci Yeaman auctions off a jar of homemade noodles while Louiss Teykl spots a bidder.

Spring Fest fundraiser a real crowd pleaser — More than two dozen baskets of goodies were raffled off. Visitors purchased tickets and placed their tickets in bags in front of each basket they liked. At the end of the event, one ticket was drawn from each bag.
