Allen Cole Neeper

Allen Cole Neeper, 66, of Rosenberg was born on January 2, 1958 and went to be with the Lord on April 5, 2024, surrounded by his loving family.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 12, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a memorial service at 3:00 p.m. at Caballero-Ryder Funeral Home in Rosenberg.

He is preceded in death by grandfather, Robert Columbus Neeper; beloved grandmother, Oleta Neeper; uncle, Harold Douglas Neeper; sister-in-law, Anita Neeper; nephew, Robert Ethan Neeper and great granddaughter, Isabella Nycole Hernandez.

Allen is survived by his loving wife, of 17 years, Rita Banda Neeper; parents, Robert & Linda Neeper; brother, Barry Neeper; children, Sara Podojil & husband Jason, Steven Neeper, Emmanuel Neeper, Julie Orellana; step-children, Kim Banda, Tracy Banda, Ashley Rubio; grandchildren, Victor aka “Noodle”, Jadyn, Jayson, Dylan, Tyler, Steven, Lillith, Brasi, Briana, Miranda, Delilah, Emiliana, Destiny, Elizabeth, Mariah, Aliyah, Christian, Arianna & Averie and great grandson, Noah. He also leaves behind a host of family & friends.

Allen served in the US Army and was a proud Veteran. Allen was a soldier who fought even when off the battlefield. He always enjoyed swapping Army stories with his fellow Veterans. He was a certified mechanic for 40+ years and was always happy to help everyone with their car problems. Allen had a passion for Mustangs and enjoyed having a cold one and listening to his music while working on his cars. He also enjoyed fishing, planting flowers and firing up the pit. Allen was a huge Dallas Cowboy fan. He loved spending time with his family and friends and will be dearly missed. We Salute You Allen Cole Neeper!
