  • First public hearing for Rosenberg zoning is Monday

    Rosenberg property owners will get their first chance Monday night to tell city leaders what they think about the proposing planning and zoning ordinance and zoning map.

    The Planning and Zoning Committee will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. Monday at City Hall, 2110 Fourth St. Residents may sign up to speak to the committee, which will make its final changes to the ordinance and map before submitting to City Council.

    Council will hold its own public hearing on the matter at 6 p.m. March 31 in the Rosenberg Civic and Convention Center.
